STEP-BY-STEP DELIVERABLES

What you get at every planning stage

A clear timeline, a day-of scenario with timing cues, and a responsibility checklist so everyone knows what to do, and when.

Service disclosure: your package includes the planning stages listed below. Any preparation work by external contractors can be arranged separately, by agreement.

Example timeline (6 steps)

01Confirm the date

Lock the target time window and key constraints.

02Pick the vibe

Align theme, pacing, and “must-haves” with the honoree.

03Lock the schedule

Set start times, transitions, and buffers.

04Send invites

Prepare wording, timing, and RSVP deadlines.

05Prep the day-of flow

Turn the plan into a practical scenario with cues.

06Run the checklist

Distribute responsibilities and confirm handoffs.

Day-of responsibility checklist

A simple, usable sheet for the host, organizers, and key helpers.

  • Arrival + setup checkpoints, with who confirms each item.
  • Timing cues for transitions, announcements, and “hold points”.
  • Backups for common delays, plus what to do if plans shift.
  • Handovers so the next person takes over without gaps.

Need changes? We support adjustments during planning, then we finalize the day-of scenario before event execution.

What your package includes, and what may be separate

Each package covers specific stages of your birthday or anniversary plan. If contractor preparation costs are needed for your exact dates or venue realities, those may be separate after we agree on scope.

If you’re scheduling through a date booking process, you’ll typically reserve the date with an advance, and then we confirm the final work scope after your request.
